After a meditation week-end in Gothemburg / Sweden on the week-end we left for a short visit to the Northern Sea at the Swedish West Coast .
It was a very special day, Only 1 degree Celsius, very windy most of the time and even snowing while we drove there .
And so we were the only ones at the beach ....
A soft light, And lots of bird activity , as the water wasn´t frozen and no people, boats etc to disturb the life of the Winged Ones.
As we met a lot of seagulls , there is obviously some medicine here to share ....
