Under The Surface

Reflections after a counselling session : 
We are looking for ourselves mostly "out there" ...in activities , social action or even in books and on TV.  Silence can be very busy when we keep controlling the silence/ aloneness by activity.
We create a lot of ripples and waves on the surface, so that the waters never become still enough to look deep down to the ground. 
We need to teach our children how to stay inside themselves instead of hopping up to the surface  creating images, activities, problems, stories all the time and forgetting  themselves on the bottom of the waters . 
If we want to see young people who do not become technology zombies, agitated consumers, compassion - less egos, it is our responsibility to teach them how to stay in their 
Big Heart and Big Mind . 
We need to understand that our task is not to make them fix and fit for society as is, but to always give them back to themselves and encourage them to live in their own truth. And additionally, we need to give their life meaning by showing them that they have some task in society, family, community and  encourage them to participate in work for community instead of just "letting them be children" ... 
instead of taking away everything challenging from them, not trusting that they are strong enough to grow with that.  
And especially in a society that lives behind masks, we have to encourage them to never deny their feelings - Not acting them out, but allowing them to express feelings...
The young clients coming to me are suffering from a huge dis-connect to the innermost core, an inability to handle challenging emotions and situation . T
Thus they run away from it with all sort of addiction like behaviours , loosing themselves in the new dogma of positive thinking and ignoring of their innermost core by cheering themselves through a constant flow of consummation. 
The face of today´s generation´s suffering is different from the one most of my generation showed  --- 
But it is suffering nonetheless.

Coming out from a session with a student of mine ... 
very interesting topic exposed ... 
often we think what we need to learn is to say NO and set healthy boundaries . What we often forget or just not see is that we might need to learn to say YES as badly as that.
A relationship begins with a yes , which has to deepen and include more and more and deeper and deeper . We need to say yes to showing our vulnerability, our open heart, our willingness, and our whole "catastrophe" in order to live the two AND the one , the diversity AND the oneness , to really experience intimacy , not only naked bodies but naked hearts and souls..
Other we stay in the wound of separation in every encounter we have .
Healing craves our openness , our willingness to let go of the "person" we have built up , and step into the true heart and self.

Are you aware how much you impact my Life, Growth and Happiness ... Yes YOU ... ALL of YOU
As you, I am a human being going through many transformations and transitions. I am on my Spirit Path since birth as all of us , more aware since about 20 year...s . I have walked different traditions and woke up to the in-sight that all are the fingers pointing to the moon , not the moon itself. All are equally valued by me today , now that I know we do not need a path, tradition, Culture , religion .... we can honor them for what they have been in the development of humanity , but we only need to Wake up to the our deepest cor/heart and re-connect to Source ... adn Walk In Beauty .
It is YOU who have helped me to SEE , FEEL, UNDERSTAND in many different ways . Ways I might not have appreciated in the moment, for which I apologize and ask your forgiveness as you will ask forgiveness from those you have judged harshly on your path .
I am Mama Bear. I love you, this love can be tough ... to Wake you and me up from illusions , but I love you no matter what .

Yesterday I decided that my path from now on goes through ecstasy and love and Beauty after decades where it has developed through pain/s. I am grateful to be ready to allow for me to leave the trail of tears inside me.
I honor the pains and fears and wounds and abuse I have faced in this lifetime . It made me strong and who I am . But it is not longer needed now.
I welcome the celebration of Life starting now in my early fifties . Celebration of Life itself and all its expressions . Cooking , Walking , Watching , Talking , Love Making .... all in Abundance and Beauty and Heart . 100 %. Healing Complete.

Heart & Ear

Many people today are feeling isolated, separated, lonely and desperate.

AND they - especially the elders -are !

This is not something we can simply put aside by imposing positivity and harmony and blame it on a lack of spirituality in them .This is too easy , and it happens because we try to avoid to face excisting suffering in the world and thus stay in our comfort zone and not meet our own fear.

Speaking from my experience , I can tell that since a long time I find that people are less and less interested in what others are, experienced or have to teach and share. They are so imprisoned in there own small world, that everything not in it is just out of view.

Many experiences/knowledge/teachings will be simply lost because noone ever listens or takes interest.

We hear so much complaining about being lonely and that all connections are mostly superficial,that we take some head now to put out ideas and tools how to change this.

So , first thing first ... we need two Organs in the beginning to make the big change ( yes, two Organs, no money , no workshop, no -ism )...:

~Heart and Ear~

those two organs are made for us humans to connect in profound ways with our pack and be social.

You are lonely? ... start listening to others from your heart!

What does that mean? ... open your heart, consider that there is the life of someone else thatis as interesting and important as your own. It has something for you to grow in it.

You look for spiritual growth ? Okay , ... easy ... open your heart and listen ! ... to the birds, the animals , the trees, spirit, the water AND your fellow human being. Spirituality is not what you think ;-) ..

You look for getting out of your isolation ? ... okay... open your heart and listen ...open your heart in a way of not-knowing, fresh as a newborn baby ... put aside all your ideas and concepts,likes and dislikes, and how you -subconsciously- already have judged this person.

Then listen.. listen 100 % ... all ear ... taking in what is said , in words and gestures and feeling and vibration...and vow (maybe only sometimes for the beginner ;-)) to not react, or answer to it Thus you avoid that at the same time you listen you are already planning your elaborate answer/sharing ...

Try this ... and allow to see what happens ... can you see the transformation ?? How the body language of the other changes , how emotions show, how interesting it is what the other shares? How this leads to a deep moment in which all separation is gone ?

Try this ... keep the mind of a beginner, of not knowing ~only bear witness, stay in the moment with WHAT IS ~

and see how real healing is taking place ... without moral concepts , without imposing harmony/positivity, without turning away from suffering and joy as is !

You don't need a special setting outside for this , just a special mode inside ... and you can test it on whoever crosses your path right NOW :)

Victim Mind and Separation and Releasing old Karma

By posting a video showing Little Grandmother Kieshas Message about 2012 I triggered a discussion that is worth sharing as an extra note as I feel there is deep teachings in it...

Dec 21, 2010 is a very powerful critical moment in time of humanity ... it is mostly about releasing old karma...let us wake up to the fact it is OUR very own karma that is meant, not the karma of any"others " we project on...It is about becoming fully responsible for our own being human, our own heart, releasing our own karma ... Be It So !

Yes, maybe she is not the "real deal" ... but then , what IS the real deal ... ? let's talk truth without sort of hatred and separational thinking ...THAT is the time now or never...

There is only ONE who proves who I am ; Shaman or Medicine Woman or whatever I say I am ... and that is spirit and no human being whatever origine s/he has. It spirit only who "judges" my actions and intentions.

I learnt from native people and during this time I have seen so much hatred and separation spread between themselves because of "rules and thinking and separation" .. many who found no heart to find other ways together.

Those are traveling european countries in the same ways and charging in the same ways .... spreading hate and old male ways and cheating the ppl here in the same ways....

People ~ lots of them follow and try to become indians attacking all not indians around them.

This is the time where we need to leave two major illusions behind ~ means we have to step beyond cultur, religion, tradition and dogma AND we absolutely need to leave our "victim minds"... because both of that is why we follow fakes , that is why we pay enormous amounts of money for anything promising us to be more enlightened then our own hearts, and that is why then we blame it all on the ppl who did it ...!

That is sooo wrong and THAT will actually kick us in the a... NOT these ppl who just fulfill sort of an karmic work.

It is US who follow and not them who make us follow who are to blame ... WAKE UP pls.

I had a lot of karma to work with in this life walk through being born and member of a german family ... we have far to long blamed it on Hitler ( Stalin, Mussolini, you name it ) ... to ignore our own ignorance, the hitler inside of each os us .

They have only been here to wake us up , it was there karmic work to show us that we need to take full responsibily of ourselves and walk our own talk and stay in our own truth and follow our own heart.

Hitlers are found everywhere in many different disguise in all religions and traditions (yes, in Native Americans , too) and dogmatic sects of whatever kind ... as long as we don't leave them alone we still have lots of work to do ..

I have faced it on my spiritual path more than once ... and I stood up and spoke against it , no matter how far up in the(human made) hierarchy a medicine wo/man was, while the others still follow like sheeps because those pple are "real" Native Americans. Sorry , but that to me is not a value itself , nothing to adopt more than the vatican or abusing buddhist teachers or what the heck is out there... if the one who made the video would be the real deal , this would have been not so full of hatred , blame and even threatening ...so maybe both are not the real deal ... you know what ? The only real deal is spirit itself and s/he is not member of a tribe nor a religion nor tradition ...

Let's turn inside and work with the divine feminine= our hearts and listen to what spirit (no humans) is telling us ... That is the only initiation and the only authorization that is real ...

This is the time !

Kiesha, if she is doing wrong , cannot do anything if we stay in our truth and spirit and authenticy ...

All those spiritual leaders out there are but humans... as is the Dalai Lama, as is the pope, as is everyone out there... they all have there issues, they are all subject to delusion and illusion ... are deeply homophobic, or have an addiction problem or something else, they can't prove perfection as none of them is or will be ~ and we neither ...That fact only touches us when we search for wisdom and truth in others and outside instead of our own hearts ... That is what all this is about.

So whatever Kiesha is up to, I bow in gratitude for the deep teachings we are receiving through her RIGHT NOW , RIGHT HERE.She has at least made ground for releasing all karmic stuff NOW while we talk about it ... so let's rather take the opportunity to do OUR inner work instead of going on with pointing out ppl who we consider fakes, frauds or charlatanes...they exist because of our energy and our unresolved karma ...

As everything , when we don't give energy to it, it is simply like a Fata Morgana that disappears .. so lets do our inner work that simply no longer feeds all these things...

... btw ~ ppl did , do and will also attack me because I am speaking truth from my heart , doing my job I am here for during this earth walk...

I tell you : it is much easier to deceit and follow and just repeat what others are saying or blame those who do wrong, say wrong... but we have to step beyond the comfort zone to step into our full vibration .....

This is the time of christ consciousness in all of us ..and you know HE wasn't praised for talking the truth either as he was not reverent enough towards special tribes, dogmas, traditions as wasn't his beloved Magdalena ...

Let us re-member that all what is happening now is about becoming the real true human being and BE LOVE.
